Airlaid non-woven fabric / Dry pulp non-woven fabric (Kinocross)
It is a fluffy felt-touch airlaid non-woven fabric that is actively used in unseen areas, from household goods to agricultural and industrial materials.
The web is formed using the airlaid method, which disperses pulp fibers and other materials in the air rather than in water. This allows for the creation of a bulky web. While maintaining the bulkiness of the web, a water-based adhesive (binder) is evenly sprayed using a unique method and then processed into sheets after drying. The binder can be selected based on its intended use, considering factors such as food compatibility and strength. There are products made from wood pulp, such as "Kinocross," products with a layer of low basis weight long fiber rayon on the surface of Kinocross called "Palkross," products with added synthetic fibers called "Highcross," and products blended with polymer absorbents called "B-SAP." It is also characterized by the ability to color in relatively small lots. Ipros introduces processed products based on "Kinocross," "Palkross," and "Highcross." *For more details, please visit the official website http://www.kinocloth.co.jp. *Some TDS non-woven fabrics, such as "Soft Sheet," are also included.
